Online ordering Smithtown Kia NY nightmare

Maybe I'm not the only one but has anyone had to deal with this dealership? I ordered parts in the past from a location I think it is in Pennsylvania or New York.

The first time I ordered parts it took them days to ship the item and now I ordered a clock spring and the guy is saying I ordered an item from items that I already deleted from the online cart. The third response he messaged back saying I ordered the wrong part

For the 2010 Kia, there are only two kinds of clock springs. I feel as if he doesn't know what he's doing because I've researched both of these parts unless someone can prove me otherwise. It is for a 2010 2.4 Koup SX with bluetooth

Clock Spring - Kia 93490-2M410
Sportage. Soul. Forte. Without blue tooth. Without paddle shift, all. Sedan 2010-13, hatchback 2011-13, without paddle shifter. Without paddle shift, with cruise control. Sedan 2010-13, hatchback 2011-13, with cuise control.

I find the online ordering lacking and limited so I always hit the parts department and usually find myself schooling them as they drill down through the inventory lmao.

You can order from my dealership as well. Just if you are going to do that, call them directly, don't use our stupid online tool. Danny and Colton are good guys.
When you type in VIN Number it always brings up different parts that aren't even associated with your car

The reason for non-associated parts being brought up when you input your VIN is that the 2021s and above are so new that the website doesn't list all parts for them yet.
I recently ordered from Smithtown Kia through their website and provided my VIN# during check out. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong part but after some back and forth, they refunded the transaction.

I knew there was going to be a problem because they shipped the order very quickly, when I knew the part would need to be special ordered from KIA and would take at least a few days to get from the warehouse.

I ordered something once before it took longer, I mean I give people a second shot but if you don't have someone who can't send out the correct item or understand how the online shopping cart works what is the point in having a website.

I worked in customer service for many years and being a small business owner I just have zero tolerance for bad customer service because these are simple things that are not hard to do.

I got at the local junk/salvage yard a clock spring from a 2013 Kia Forte eco auto sedan. Installed it in my 2010 Koup SX 2.4L 6MT. No problems.
I've had good luck with Smithtown. First I got a key blank, then a complete spare tire kit, except for tire. Both times they contacted me, to make sure I was getting what I wanted, and got both 2 days after ordered. To NW PA. Maybe the regular guy was on vacation.
