The plastic tabs that hold the snorkel on the air box to the trim broke . Is there a replacement or a substitute I can buy.

Not quite sure exactly what tabs you're talking about. Is it #3 in the diagram?

Yeah I think it's #11 then. If I'm not mistaken it's just general trim/cowl retainers that you can usually find at any auto parts store or online (or the dealer if you prefer).

Your dealer's parts department should have those in stock - they are also used to hold the cowl panel on 2010-2013 Fortes.

The local salvage/junk yard, Maybe Autozone, Pepboys, Advanced Auto parts, Napa, Carquest, O'Reillys & last resort, the Kia/Hyundai dealership.

Can try another non Kia/Hyundai dealership when you take the body panel clip/retainer.

They have them O'Reilly auto parts if you have 1 of them . I needed 1 to the fender on the front
Fender where to he front tire fender well.i didn't know what you call them so looked it up on Amazon then took a picture it. Show the guy what I wanted.

I was just having trouble with the clips on the wheel well earlier today. Had no issues when I initially swapped the blinkers, but now I guess after miles of debris and road gunk they’re not as easy to pop up.

Is there a sure-fire method of popping them up? I’ve been using a flat head to pry and pop, but wasn’t working today
