Question about emblems on truck lid

I meant koup damn iPadWhen you remove the forte and coup on the back of the car is there holes? Are they stuck on there with 3m tape?

the "forte" and Koup are just taped on.
the Kia emblem is stuck with tape and 2 pins

Ok maybe a dumb question but has anybody removed them and did you replace or fill the holes ?

I personally just removed the stock badges and placed the new ones over the holes once the area was cleaned up. I am sure most have used the same method.

I replaced mine with the "K" emblem from ebay

If you're talking about the trunk emblems where the "forte" and "koup" are, they are held on with 3M so there are no holes. The KIA emblem on the trunk also the same thing but looks terrible if not replaced with something else (I have the 3D koup badges from eBay), but the KIA emblem on the grill is held on by pins and is IMO more difficult to get off then the others.

There are no holes, it is just tape. I just sprayed some goo gone on them and then used a plastic scrapper blade to get under them and remove them. looks like nothing was ever there.When you remove the forte and coup on the back of the car is there holes? Are they stuck on there with 3m tape?

I purchased two sets from ebay of the "K" badges, i bought some extras, just in case. I needed to replace one already.
