Do the Koups that come with 16" wheels sit higher than the ones that come with 17"s? Everytime I look at my EX with 16"s it looks like it sits higher and it's really starting to bother me. Or is it just an optical illusion produced by the lower profile tires on the 18"s?

Don't remember and can't check at the moment. They are stock.

I believe they sit at exactly the same height. The 15" and the 17" have the same diameter tires, so I'd assume the 16" do too.

the SX sits lower, its the suspension.. even though the wheels are bigger 17vs16 the TIRE is thinner, which should give it same hieght, BUT the suspension overall sits slightly lower
