Those are for Kia Canada. There are bumper protectors for the Forte sedan, Koup, and Soul.

Part numbers:
Soul – 99997 762K01
Forte – 99997 761M01
Koup – 99997 761M02

I don't know if Kia USA offers another style though.

I used a roll of 3M clear protector, 3" wide for the bumper of my 5. It took some trimming to get it to fit the curve of the bumper, but not too much work. Cheap too, less than $10.
