Hi all - I've had may Forte SX for about 10 weeks now and things have been fine. However, today the left rear passenger power door lock just stopped working. I've tried like they said in the manual to lock/unlock the doors repeatedly but it just won't respond to either the key fob or the driver's door power unlock switch.

Anyone have any ideas about some "reset" that will start it working or am I going to see for the first time how good my local dealer service is? I have to say, this erks me!

have you checked rear door child safety lock?

thats clearly a good warranty case unless you are willing to disassemble the door.

I checked the child door lock switches and they are both in the "unlocked" position. The right side opens and the left size won't open with the power locks. Looks like I'm making an appointment tomorrow morning. Arrgggg! I hope this isn't the shape of things to come!
