I had the Dealership where I bought my car install a remote start, the regular KIA one. There were a few electrical issues which they say are fixed but I am not sure.
The turn signals will not flash when I lock the doors with the remote, and the map lights are set to off.
When the map lights are set to door, the turn signals flash when I lock the doors with the remote.
I have replaced the map lights with LED lights. These lights glow when it is set on door and the doors are closed.
Is this normal? Does anyone else with the KIA remote start have these same issues? Or should I take it back to the dealer for the 4th time?
