Remote Starter

Hey guys,

I know there's a thread on here on the factory remote starter. I'm considering grabbing one and just have a couple of questions, hopefully for someone who has one.

First, kind of a dumb question, but is the remote as ugly as it is in the pics at oemkiaparts.com? Do the old keyfobs stop working after installation, or will they still work along with the remote start ones?

Beyond that, is there any reason to get an aftermarket one over the KIA one? Obviously, the KIA one shouldn't void my warranty, nor should it require hacking and chopping up the wiring harness.
