They claim some numbers, but have no dyno sheets to back them up.
I can say I put a filter on my car and got 10 hp, but I can't prove it without a dyno.
My point is that I can say whatever I want, but without proof nobody is likely to believe me. Sure dyno results can vary greatly depending on conditions, but it's still "proof."
Unfortunately the only time you will see significant gains is if you got diesel. My friend programmed his Jetta 1.9 with an aggressive fuel saver tune, and gained 34 horsepower, and close to 60 torque. And that was the "weak" tune. He can crank it up to over 60HP gain! If you are all about programming, then get diesel!
