A lot of the colors in that recent thread looks cool but I really want either black or white I think.

I was thinking we get 5 people that might be interested in at least getting something wrapped and we can see if we can get some deals. You and me would be the first 2 so if we get three more people I will call him up and see what he can offer.

I also don't know about financing, but im sure a credit card can help with that

Yea. I probably wouldn't do it until spring. I'm just thinking lets get as many people as we can. Get a price quoted and then everyone can just set up their own appointments to get it done.

What's it mean to be wrapped?

Your whole (or part) of your car can be covered in a Vinyl. It essential changes the color of the car without repainting it. It is also good a protecting the paint and can be removed. If done well and taken care of it could last the life of your car.

Do a search on this forum or google. The are a ton of examples of koups or any cars to get an idea of what it looks like.

Too bad you guys are doing it up there. I'd love to wrap mine as well. I see someone has a similar idea to what I was thinking, white, except I was thinking matte white. Anyone planning on any different matte colors than we've seen? Looking forward to seeing all of your Koups.

^^ Fortunately almost any color looks good on/with black. I guess it would just depend on what it is that you want wrapped; be it certain parts, panels, designs, etc.

 

Spoke with the person about the wraps today. He said the price would be around 3K for a full body wrap. He said any color is good accept white tends to turn yellow. Who's still interested?

 

Wow, I thought he was gonna have special pricing for you guys? That's how much it costs normally. I've actually found cheaper, but then again, it's down here.

I don't personally know the person and I figured it would be worth a shot if we could get a number of people. I honestly thought it would be in the 2500 range.
