So yeah....I just installed some Led 194 wedge bulbs in the license plate last night and somehow blown a fuse to the left side taillights and left side license plate socket.....Ive put in LED's in numerous cars before but never with this issue...i simply put 1 LED with no problem then put in the second LED and it started flickering and then nothing....I looked at the single LED to see if there was any problems there but there were not....swapped sides with that same LED and it worked..also put in the OEM license plate bulb and that also will not work???? So I changed the fuse and the taillights came back on but no bulb will work now on that single socket? Could it be a short or something...I even switched around the LEDs because I know they are polarized but now I only have 1 working license plate:mad: By the way I should have known better because I only paid 5.99 for a pair but still...to blow out a fuse is crazy... So if anyone knows what the issue may be please chime as I need this fixed and don't want to go to the dealer...

anyone???? EDIT******** Don't use cheap LED's in our Fortes....blown 2 fuses but found the source....not the socket or wiring it's the cheap LED's....Like they say you pay for what you get and sometimes the cheap route will end of costing you more in the long run so do your homework and get quality LED's from superLED or some other company...I put the stocks back in for now until i get the multidirectional LED's with resistors....Lesson learned!
