Hoping this is usual...at low speed or idling when I turn my wheels either way I can hear a very subtle popping/clicking noise, not even quite those noises more subtle, anyways I have eibachs and was wondering if anyone else has heard this noise on their car, I wouldn't think it's the cv joint as it is usually way louder and my car has only 2xxx miles on it

Any one that can give me peace of mind or direct me what it is i would be very grateful

*edit* also it seems to only come from the right side

I complianed twice to my dealer about this. The first time was in november when I put on winter tires that were 225/40/17. They didnt hear the noise that time. All winter I figured it was because the wheels were wider. So when I switched back to the crap EagleLS2's I had them check again. This time the response was it could either be since I lowered my car, or its an unsecured fuse in the engine bay that I have running to my amp. I didnt really like the answer, but since they found no real cause I have just been living with it

Everything else seems fine, car drives straight, it only sometimes makes the noise when I pull into parking spots or pulling a Uturn. I would say mine sounds like a dull click, if thats what yours sounds like

As well as that I would add that I have also noticed when driving over normal bumps or filled cracks in the pavement I can hear a very dull thud from the right wheel area, not all bumps, just certain ones that the wheel kinda "falls" off of and yea I've noticed the sound during the same circumstances as you guys

I also get a pop noise sometimes. Like a dud sound/feel when turning sharp at low speeds less than 5mph. When I turn the steering wheel all the way. It concerns me. What should I do?

Did you guys modify your stops at all?

My friend is a mechanic so I had him install my springs. Mine sounds no different. I have eibachs and they come with new bump stops. They just screw in using the factory bolt. If yours didn't come with them it should be easy to cut about an inch off. Also, lots of guys on here didn't remove or cut stock bump stops with no problem reports.
