So today i spotted a dude on 119N/PA66 i was in the left lane and saw saw him pass someone on the right, then he saw me, and slowed up next to my koup, and slowly passed me and i caught him peaking in his side mirror at my front end (I had my HIDs, and LEDs, and billet grille)
