I had a quick question on the changing of a screen on a stereo. I have a 2023 Kia forte and my screen has been broken for some months. It shows an all black screen and is cracked. I am between taking it directly to the dealer or wanting to know if a 2021-2022 part can fit into the stereo of the 2023. please asking for help. Thank you

Are you on good terms with your dealer? Drop by their shop and ask them for some free advise. It may be a simple removal of the unit and plugging in something from the salvage yard.

There are three different screens listed (with satellite, without satellite, without navigation). Unfortunately, on-line Kia parts sites are not up-to-date on 2022 and 2023 models yet - you'll need to contact a Kia parts house to find out if the parts are interchangable between 2019/21 and 2022/23 models (I think they are but I can't say for certain).

This listing is for 2021 models:

The title reads "Display Unit" but the picture appears to show the entire radio and computer.

Is the $2400 part with premium audio cheaper because the amplifier and the navigation computer are separate units, located somewhere else on the car? Some German cars started a long time ago to place the amp and sometimes the nav beneath or behind the rear seats.
