When I bought my EX w/o one I was told about a grand for Kia to do it. On my car I traded in for the Kia that cost me about $550 (In 2007) to install. It was the powered slide out style not the kind that slid to the inside of the car. Expect to pay close to $1K for that style. I told Kia to get lost for that price!
Aftermarket I would expect to pay anywhere from $600-$1k depending on where you are or what exactly you want.
On a side note I never experienced a problems (leaking) with mine like some people always talk about. Not to mention they gave me a new headliner in a new color I requested and it totally changed the look of my interior. I can't stand not having a sunroof now. It was one of my favorite changes to the car.
