That's an old Si, which only had 160hp. Missing 3rd didn't help, but that didn't lose him the race.

That's an old Si, which only had 160hp. Missing 3rd didn't help, but that didn't lose him the race.

It is a canadian Si, which is the equivalent of a US civic EX. It has only 127hp, and on top of that, the driver missed 3rd gear.

The video shows how slow the Forte SX is... a 127hp/107lb-ft/5sp car can almost keep up with a 173hp/168lb-ft/6sp car. Korean horses suck!

The GT has something wrong or the driver is really shitty, because I have driven both cars and the GT will rape a Forte/Koup SX any day.

YouTube is probably the worst place to go to compare cars.

Those Style Mustang GT's really arent crap. Had an old neon with just bolt ons have no issues against them

LOL. Yes, but keep in mind that the Forte is at least 600 lbs heavier than that Civic, and the Civic is geared better. You are right though. The Forte does look slow even though he is easily pulling away. Plus, I had to laugh when the Civic guy swore in French at missing third gear. That was funny.

Agreed. I could see the Mustang lift on the throttle and get back into it more than a couple of times. He was clearly just playing with the Koup.

Undoubtedly. Like yourself, I also have a fun V8 car and know exactly what it means to be able to play with somebody like that. I gotta admit, I have done it several times myself.

I thought that same thing when I test drove the EX and the SX Koup. I thought they both felt weak on torque, but I wasn't buying the car to race it so I didn't care. Once I got it home and could actually test it with a couple of meters, I found that the car is quicker than it feels.
