Hi guys, my name is Nick and i live in Detroit Michigan. Went to the dealer to pick up a Kia Forte sedan LX. Basic basic basic. Even crank windows :/ But hey, i just need a car thats a manual transmission and drives. We were getting ready to start paperwork but none of us realized it was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, and there was no way in hell a bank was going to respond to a credit app hahahah. So Monday we got back and i pick up the car. It is going to be my first brand new car and i cant wait. I have had the absolute worst luck with cars since i started driving. I just went through paper work the other day...Im only 20 years old and i have spent just about $20,000 on cars, repairs, parts, labor, etc. Nuts, eh? I really cant wait until the after market parts start pouring out, cause i know they are kind of scarce at the moment.
A little about myself, I love music, computers, cars, technology, graphic design, beer, and laughter. Favorite bands? Coheed and Cambria, Blink 182, A day to Remember, Akissforjersey, Taking Back Sunday, Dead Letter Circus, Enter Shikari, Odayin, 311, Deftones, Incubus, Say Anything, Hit The Lights, Cinematic Orchestra, Imogen Heap....etc. etc. I work at Jimmy Johns and Best Buy and am going to school for Graphic Design.
A little car history:
1st car : 2001 Grand Prix Coupe, 90k miles, threw a rod in 2 days. DEAD.

2nd Car : 1999 Buick Regal, 99k miles, threw a rod in 6 months. DEAD
3rd Car : 2001 Kia Spectra GSX Hatch. Owned for a year and a half. 130k miles. My first stick shift
this car was the biggest heap of junk, was completely smashed in the front end, transmission grinded in two gears, windshield had a million cracks, had a bad CV joint i drove on for 1 and 1/2 years....car sounded like an airplane. But this car lasted me the longest. Bought it for 500 bucks. Sold it because my next car came along and i couldn't pass it up. Should have never sold my Kia....Sold it to a buddy in need for 300 bucks. Still running strong to this day
4th Car: 2001 VW Jetta. 140,000 miles. Bought for 3200. Within 2,000 miles timing belt went and bent valves and fucked the engine. Totalled the car. Orig owner said he replaced both the timing belt and water pump, but never did. Liars man...had this car for 3 months.
5th car: FORTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Pictures to come Monday
2010 Forte, sedan, black, 5 speed manual.
I love my computer...
and i love my puppy...

So there is a bit about me! Hope you enjoyed reading, and you can sure as hell bet i'll be around
