I don't know what, when or where, but something really nasty fell on my hood. Something so nasty that it burned a HOLE in my paint. It looks like an acid burn, to be exact. I think it looks too small to be a bird's dropping, to be honest. My dad suggested some soldering spark was responsible.
It got to the metal, since I can see silver underneath the little hole, where there are some remnants of paint. It's a little smaller than a US dime. I discovered it while washing it last Friday, and have been depressed ever since
I was thinking of ordering the paint pen and taking it to the dealership to see what they can do. I'm aware that ultimately, I'll have to get the whole thing painted, but I don't have the cash to do that now (I wish I did)
Do you think the paint pen will work? I'll take some pictures later so you can see it... and maybe get a response that isn't totally what I'm expecting...
