I'm not 100% sure, but I would assume it's not possible due to the bigger brakes on the SX, the rim probably wouldn't fit over. And 75 is quite a high profile too, you might have some rubbing.

 

The bolt pattern is the same 114.3 does that make a difference?

As Acura_Kal mentioned, no can do, because of the size of the brakes.
Bolt pattern and center bore are the same, sure, but the brakes are basically inside the wheel, and the brake will be in the way. Go to 16''. 205/55-16. It's not a lot more costs.

 

I'm fairly sure 16" wheels are the smallest to can run on an SX. 15" wheels will interfere with the front brakes.
