Is anybody can tell me front 265/40R18 and rear 275/35R18 is gonna fit on kia forte koup 2012 or not?

Factory tires are 225/40-18. The tires you mentioned won't fit on 18x7.5 factory rims. You can try squeezing them in an aftermarket wheel that's 18x9 or 18x9.5. Just keep in mind the setup will be 2" larger in diameter and most likely won't fit under the fenders legally.

Sure ... if you jack the car up 2” or cut wheel openings larger. Anything is possible.

Your speed and odometer will be inaccurate as well if you dont/dont get someone to recalibrate them. (this is when getting ANY size rather then placarded)
