So I want to run some lighting and few other accessories but I wanted to install a toggle switch w/ a fuse instead of splicing into everything...So I need to know 2 things...What do I have to do to get the additional push button switch that is not being used(see pic for example), the ones next to the to traction control to work. So that it pushes in and out like the traction control. Or is this not possible with those? If it is does anyone have a clue how to make it work? Right now it can't be pushed in or out.

If I remember correctly someone had posted somewhere that they took theirs off.. I think its just a cover in the place of where the switch would be..

it is just a place holder for the switch for the fogs i think. you can drill into it though and mount the a regular toggle switch in it if you would like. someone else did that.

Or get the fog light switch and use that as your switch...

pop it out, mount a plate directly behind it with a button thick enough to be pushed in when you press the empty "switch". voila.

That is funny I have a different layout of switches from memory (from door to inside) Dimmer, Traction Control, Blank, Wiper Deicer. Page 2-2 of owners manual confirms this Switch layout.

I bet your steering wheel is also on the wrong side than that picture above.

Fog lamps are on the column multi-function switch. No you cannot buy a individual OEM switch to fill the blank. You will need to drill out a blank and install your own switch..

Has anyone attempted this? I would like do do something like this or maybe even on the column switch if possible? I just want to be able to control my fogs lights with a nice look to it.
