That's what your parts department will sell them to you for...that's not what they cost. Since I do my own oil changes I buy 6 at a time from my dealer and get them for nearly half that each. See if another dealer in your area will sell them to you for less -- or shop on-line.It was free so I figured I'd take advantage. When they were done I asked how much the oil filters for my car cost. The dude said $9.
