Ummmmmm maybe a loose wire or connection for the stalk?

What's a warranty for anyways...

Check the fuses on the side of the dash, ive blown that fuse before from a power to ground short.

Is your car running?

yes , this happened while i was driving , the turn signal bulbs still work , and blink with the hazard switch on, just no blinky when i turn signal

Did you switch out your turn signal relay after the install? That might be the reason, other then that I have no clue. Try using regular bulbs to test them.

Try going back to normal bulbs, just to test?

Check fuse T/Sig ... It might be this one.

If it was blown, and you put new one, and it blows again whenever you active your flasher, you might have a problem with your switchback.

Replace again the blown fuse, disconnect the left headlight harness, and try to flash left. If it doesn't blow, do the same thing with right headlight. Once more, you'll know the problem doesn't come from the "OEM" setting if everything's ok.

Try reconnecting left harness, and if it blows again, you'll know that's your left switchback the problem ... then reconnect right harness, and do the same thing to check if it's ok too on this side.

You'll know if you have to change your switchback :p

Hope it helps
