So needing winter tires I been looking everywhere for the best deal on winter tires and either didn't find a good price or they were out of stock and I'd have to wait 5-7 days for shipping....So my cousin, knowing I was looking gave me a call and told me he knew of a kid down the street with Michelin winter tires mounted on the stock 16" VW Beetle wheels. He wants $250.00 for the tires and wheels!!!! $250!!!! He no longer has the car and just wants rid of them. Please tell me these will fit...I do know they are 5-100 bolt pattern...Just not sure if the hub will fit....They are also studded tires and have 3/4 tread left.....I can't beat this deal...not to mention if they did fit I will be rid of these ugly f*%ing hubcaps....

If anyone knows If they do indeed fit I would like to hear back...I am supposed to go to Pa tomorrow to check them out....

Forget the rims...
Beetle are 5X100 and your Forte is 5X114.3
Beetle CB is 57.1 and your Forte is 67.1

The tires (205/55 R16) are almost idem to yours if u have 16'' wheels.

but... 250 is cheap ! Buy everything and sell the wheels !

So are you saying the wheels won't fit or just get rid of them because they are VW??? I could careless about the wheels...They will be for winter driving and are already mounted and balanced, so I am not going to just get rid of them...But then again if they absolutely won't fit then I am shit out of luck.

I really wanna get an Under the seat Sub. I'm not the biggest fan of normal subs (the ones in the trunk) becaus ei find their bass is over powering and they take up room, plus i don't wanna be the douche with his quarter panel ratteling.

Anyways, so i was in a friend's subaru, and he had the optional under the seat sub, it sounded amazing. so what i am asking is:

did anyone ever try or own an under the seat sub? what's the best brand?
