Ok, I have to agree there is not much too do with this part of the car.
I mean you could rewrap the door handle with something else.. But why?
it goes with the other parts of the car already

You might search around, see if anyone is making the stick on trim kits to cover that area. I had a dash and door kit on a for truck years ago. Looked great but was very expensive as I recall. They normally come in wood trim or carbon fiber.
