Whats the difference in these springs?

Do we share the same spring size as a Honda Civic? Could I use Honda Civic lowering springs on my Koup?

Eibach Springs : EPS Application Look-up | suspensions | springs | dampers | stabilizers | shocks | sway bars | anti-roll bars | wheel spacer | coil over | engine valves

See if you techies find a difference in the two kits. If so, I could get a mint-used kit for a Civic.
