Hey, So I got a pretty good deal on 18x8 wheels with 35 offset. I Know anything under 38-40 is risky so I want to know if anyone tried it with a set up that looks like this ones.

I have a Kia forte sedan and I'm not planning on putting a drop.

Thanks for your help

Also, Do you think a Black car would match up well with bronze wheels?

I just put on 18x7.. with a 42mm offset backspacing is 5.66 and
they fit well, not sticking out of the wheel wells, I still could put a bit of a spacer between the wheel and hub if I wanted a exact flush mount hope this helps!

I'm sure 18x8 will fit as long as the bolt pattern is right...

with those you'll most likely need to run a 225 or wider tire..

with my 18x7 I'm running 215/40/zr18

if you want to see what my wheels look like check out my pictures.. could help ya get a idea how there going to fit

It's not the 18x8 that bother me, it's the 35 offset....

Yeah I understand that did you try calling one of your local tire shops?
maybe they can tell you if its going to work and/or how they will sit on your car.

I'd give them the model of car offset size etc, see what they say.

idk what your local laws are but i think in NYS its illegal to have your tire stick out anymore than an inch from the fender... might wanna keep that in mind

Here, wheels must'nt (how do we spell that !?!?) be outside of the fenders... Also, they must not touch them.
