Will this fit the KOUP??

I saw this on ebay and was shocked on how cheap it was and it is for the manual climate control. I contacted the seller and he said that he isnt sure if it fits the koup but didnt say it wouldnt fit. Can anyone verify if it does or does not because I will buy this right now if it would fit. Is there any difference between the koup and sedan anyway?
