Your Forte GT has a lead foot tracker.
That purple/pink pulse like thing on the cluster. Basically unless you're driving up a hill, if the color strip goes down it means you should let off the gas a little.

If you click through the screen with the toggle on the right side of the steering wheel you'll see it in there. May not be color, but it's in thereMy '22 GT is a manual, after about 3000 rpms it just shows the number of the next gear with an arrow.
