Step 1 Pic1: Tools required #10 socket, extension at least 10" long, phillips screwdriver and a flat blade screw driver to press the nub in to pull the wire connection away from the pedal.

Step 2 Pic2: Locate the gas pedal...lol. There is 2 #10 bolts and 1 #10 screw bottom left.

Step 3 Pic3: Side view showing the actual piece that needs to be moved and the wire that needs to be removed.

Step 4 Pic4: Once removed this is the 5 screws that need to be loosened. In this pic i only have 4 screws in.

Step 5 Pic5: Shows the movement in the bottom 2 screws.

Step 6 Pic6: Shows the module moved with a major dead spot

Step 7 Pic7: Shows the module moved with no dead spot

Step 8 Pic8: Shows the module assembled and ready to be reinstalled

Total time took me less than 10 minutes and taking pictures as well. The movement like i said is so small that most people wouldnt notice it. It can be find tuned as well. Enjoy!!

Thanks for this info Enviros. I knew I had dead space in my throttle just didn't know I could do anything about it. After reading your first post yesterday I went out and checked how much I had. I can press my pedal down about 3/4 of an inch before it responds! It's raining like cats and dogs outside right now but as soon as I can get out there...I'm gonna do it! Thanks again man!
