Assuming they are listening, what suggestion or comment would you make to the the C-Suite types? Styling changes, pricing, new products, new features, powerplants,etc.?
I'll go first. Kia, if you are out there, work with your dealerships to improve customer satisfaction. Hyundai, Honda and even Nissan have nicer dealerships with more amenities and more of a willingness to make the customer happy with warranty repairs.
