Kia forte 21 RPM issue

Hello
I have a very annoying issue with my forte , its 2021 model with only 22,000 miles , i had a routine maintenance and replacement fuel pump and spark plugs and . after few weeks the problem starts , when release my foot from acceleration the rpm sometimes go down and then junp up rapidly and do gown again for several times then the care go back to normal when i hit the acceleration again or hot the breaks . This thing occurs about 10 times a day and all maintenance i went to they can’t help at all .. I replaced map sensor on the advice of a mechanic guy but still didn’t solve the issue ..

Are you scanning for codes?
Are you sure this isn't a transmission issue?

I scanned the car about 10 times , no trouble codes , i am afraid it is transmission issue but I can’t verify that because it is only happens at low speeds 😅

What happens when you put the shift lever in manual mode? Same?

Actually i don’t know how to use manual mode , and no one at any repair shops suggested that , this is very annoying to have this issue with almost new car

If it is a transmission issue, then if you were to put into manual it would either,
lock you out and keep you in "D" or
if you successfully change to "s3,s4," it would stabalize the rpms.
I have a transmission issue in my car including one of the circuits for the dct, so it locks me out of 1,3,5,7 when this occurs (only during downpours) and when I move into "sport or manual mode" it just keeps me in D lol yikes on the electrical in this transmission or harness
